Doesn't mean a thing. I like it, but still don't matter. The moonbats will just change the wording, add and delete this or that cut and paste, making it a new law, and keep on doing just as they damn well please. Repeat, repeat, repeat. The will of the people, the rule of law, the Constitution, mean nothing to them. They are Oh so clever and educated, that they are justified in anything they do, think, or feel. Disagree in the slightest, and your stupid. Not to be listened to or taken seriously. Then if they win a small case, it now becomes unquestionable "SETTLED LAW".
Nothing will change until these people are PERSONALLY held accountable. Voted out of office, fined and jailed for insurrection (sound familiar?) and/or treason, or ...
