I've never seen that sticker before.

I used to get cases of ammo with those stickers on the box. Maybe the shippers have stopped using those because theft.

IDK but I've never seen one.

I friend of mine owns a gunstore. He used to post that The FedEx truck had just dropped off a shipment at his store. I BEGGED him to stop because I didn't want to deal with the crackheads trying to break into the trucks at work (not to say they ever did)

Night Rider I found the answer on the Dept of Transportation website:

ORM-D Phase Out | PHMSA

After December 31, 2020, hazmat shippers will no longer be able to use the ORM-D Consumer Commodity marking on packages containing limited quantities of low risk hazardous materials.
