It's good news for me for sure: SIG finally came out with an extended mag release for the P226. This is my biggest issue with the P226 Legion: the mag release is almost flush with the frame, it's really hard to get to it. I made the "mistake" to take my P226 to pistol qual just to see how I/it (no playing the pronoun game 
just sharing blame) would fare, and that costed me a few seconds and points over the whole ordeal... I hears the humiliating "you need to practice mag drops, this is too slow", but even with practice, it's still hard to get...
I guess they went the extreme route and it now sticks out by apparently a lot, maybe too much and might invalidate some holsters, but that might be worth a try, I know I will. SIG's Link to the part
