I can't testify to that, but that's what it says in the ad. I'm pretty sure @BET7 has some of these Stribogs. Probably Hans and KF and 10MM as well.
Yup, I have 2 Stribogs (SPa1 Gen 2, and SPa3) plus two Scorpions (4” barrel mini and 7+” barrel), all with braces. Between the 4 of them, I have several of each type on mags, but this lower receiver does look interesting. The serial number on my one Stribog appears in several places: 1) on the bolt viewed through the ejection port, 2) under the ejection port on upper receiver, 3) lower receiver above the pistol grip, and 4), on lower receiver above the trigger. I’m looking at my SPa1 Gen 2, which was a special build making a SPa1 into a SPa1K short version, So I’m not sure if that altered anything concerning what’s considered the true serialized part of the firearm for ATF purposes. My full-size SPa3 isn’t handy at the moment, so I’ll check that later. I’d venture to say that the linked company probably knows what part is considered the ”true” serialization, so it’s probably legit.

Ohhhh nice. A fellow Stribog owner!

I have 2 Stribog SP9A1 2nd Gens. I love how simple and reliable the Gen 2 is.

One is my range toy - setup with Magpul angled front grip, Holoson HS403C, compensator, extended bolt stop and folding charging handle.

The other is a home defense setup - larger Holosun HS510C, Magpul angled front grip and muzzle flash hider.

Both have a folding brace.

I bought a bunch of the curved Stribog mags and they've both been flawless. (The straight mags suck)

Yeah, I heard there were problems with the straight mags, when I bought my two, each came with 3 mags (2 straight, 1 curved), all my straight mags have the metal reinforced feed lips which supposedly fixed the problem. I’ve had no issues, but bought a bunch of curved mags at different capacities since they are reasonably priced. In fact, I’m on the GrandPower newsletter, and the ran a deal buy 1 (or perhaps it was 2), And get a free mag along with it.

Yea, I picked them up from my local GS, but I also live a couple hours south of Global Ordnance so they got stock pretty regularly and run sales.

They changed to the curved mags a bit over a year ago and that solved all the issues people were having. Turned out to be a combination of the feed ramps (which they beefed up) and the way the bullet was angled feeding into the gun in the straight mags. Curved mags solved everything.

Thanks for that info Bragah, and it sure does sound like you got a sweet set up on your Stibogs. (y)
