Free Mags and a Bag: Springfield’s 2023 Gear Up

I got the GearUp Package when I bought my first gun back in 2017, XD9 full size. I bought the XD9 Service Model 4" in OD Green last year and use the magazines interchangeably. Love my Springfields!
 
Just purchased because it was not available on the roster for California. Will this promo be extended for California residents?

You may luck out. I would tell you to check you local gun stores and any whiting say a 40 mile radius. Can’t hurt to ask. Lots will have websites that will list about the gear up package if it’s available

You're right, the gun shop up the road has one in stock now. bag and mags with the pro.
 

FREE MAGS AND A BAG: SPRINGFIELD’S 2023 GEAR UP​

I bought the new XDM Elite 3.8 and was told that Springfield had run out of the bags for the gear up package. When I told Springfield that I paid for the package already they responded with sorry but there’s nothing we can do. I told them that I have 6 of there pistols that were bought new from Springfield and a couple of rifles and for my loyalty to the Springfield brand why can’t you just send me a bag that you have for sale online. They sent me 5 small 13rd mags. Then I asked if they could send me 5 Elite 20rd mags and I would send the 5 small 13rd mags back to make up for the bag. Sorry to say that I am highly disappointed in Springfield for not keeping up their end of the bargain and teaching me a hard lesson that their loyalty is not with the customer.

All promotional things tend to read in the fine print they are available as long as supplies last.

You obviously waited until supplies had dried up. At least they offered something in replacement, they sent 5 magazines when the promotion was for three, probably a value greater than a bag. This, obviously did not satisfy you snd you tried to dicker, time to get over it and either move on or change brands.
