A Friend of mine swears by Olight which you can find on Amazon for short money compared to the bigger names.

I love my Viridian Reactor5 green laser on my XDs. Auto-on when I draw from the holster with a magnet-switched laser. Draw, place dot, pull trigger, make hole.

The TRP is on my short list of "next" guns...I definitely want a 1911, and I'm 95% sure I want one with a rail...

Lights: Surefire X300 or Streamlight TLR1-HL.

Laser: Crimson Trace grips.

Lasers need to be grip activated to be truly useful; sure, some light/laser combos can be activated by the draw...but only with very specific holsters. If you don’t like the holster, you're SOL.

OK LAPG has an 850 lumen XWL tac light for like $60.00 It is every bit of 850 lumens. You can also take a look at Olight. They have rechargable tac lights for around $120.00

The LAPG XWL is battery operated and does not recharge, and has to be removed or mounted with a screwdriver.
The Olight PL-Pro is rechargable and has a throw lever to mount it with.
However the LAPG is brighter than the Olight.

I will say that holsters are easier to find for a surefire rather than the streamlight.
A streamlight TLR-1 will not fit into a surefire holster. Bezel is too big.
I know from experience.

Surefire is the gold standard when it comes to weapon lights...if a holster maker makes options for lights...I guarantee Surefire is on the list.

Surefire is on every list of holsters
Streamlight is not easy to find a holster for a pistol unless its a glock or S&W

its like Surefire paid the holster makers more of a spiff to not make a holster for a Streamlight as well
