I like TFBtv one of the better guntubes and James is hilarious however, that whole torture test thing no matter of method (dropping, freezing, mud and gauntlet ETC) is sort of silly. More realistic of a super USPSAa match running the gun hard would be more of what the gun really does

That’s what I always liked about SWAT magazine. Gun test? They would take it to a class and shoot it all day for 3-5 days. That’s how you get to know a gun and find the good and bad points.
 
So, steel is harder than plastic🙄. Seriously, Why? Anyone who abuses a firearm 1/100 of this badly Derserves to have that firearm fail (take care of your weapon and your weapon will take care of you-screw over your weapon and -you get the idea). Who but an absolute moron would deliberately destroy anything simply to make a video? I’m done with this TFB videos after this bs.

Guns aren't sacred objects to everyone. I mean it's not as if they were destroying a 59' Les Paul. ;):)

Yeah, I have no issue abusing an inexpensive 1911 or AR in the mid, grime and grit of hogs hunts in rain, mud, and weather. Its a tool. They get cleaned, but they are just a tool.
I have guns that are safe queens, some are worked super hard, and some are in between

Don't get me wrong man, I wouldn't toss a perfectly good pistol off a high rise unless the pay off was greater than the cost of the gun, but I'm not telling anyone else what to do. Now you throw a '59 Les Paul off a roof you definitely need your ass kicked. Only so many of those still exist.

I wouldn’t be too hard TFBtv is actually one of the better gun run channels. While sure he can have his juvenile humor one liners he has don’t more relevant informational type videos from legal stuff (as he is a relevant 2A attorney) to some decent gun reviews (even though he lives Glocks a tad to much)

That said what some folks forget is a lot of YouTube is entertainment and TFBtv has over 1 million subscribers. So it’s also a revenue venture as at one time 1 million use to be around 30K a year but I’m not that in the know.

So while I wouldn’t buy a gun of Fa building because of $$ and well DUH like Gravity we know how that’s gonna work. Like Aaron Cowan of Sage Dynamics he takes RDS to a breaking point and we get the benefit of seeing it. And occasionally some entertainment.

It ain’t that personal!

I know, I just have issues with juvenile stupidity. I mean, why not just plug the barrels and see if they’ll blow up🙄. Just makes no sense…
