I see the possibilities but it's nothing my .45acp +P loadings can't do in G21, in fact the fps/ft lbs are almost identical to my Atomic cartridges. Opinions?
 
Recoil would seem to be massive with such a short barrel and lightweight frame

So this would be because .45 is too cheap to shoot, and a guy really needs to pay at least $1 per round for practice ammo?. Seriously though I just don’t see it. If the .45 won’t do it my .44 Mags Will. That .500 S&W reminds me of a story. LGS gets in one when the first come out. BIL and I are in the shop. Young dude with an older woman comes in looking. Won’t do but for him to get it. Walks out with it and a box of cartridges (we call ‘em shells🙄). Back in a few days later. .500 is back in the case, three rounds fired out of the box. 😏. 10 days later it was gone. The week after that it was back again, this time with 8 rounds fired out of the box😳. LGS eventually sold it a Third time😊. Dunno after that but the guy at the shop had a lot of Yucks over the repeated sales to the first”macho” buyers😊
