Thats nice. 🥱 Now what is the state going to do when the moonbat mayors, city council, police chief do just as they damn well please? Unless there are consequences, and the will to use them, theses clowns will just keep on keeping on. You can bet your bottom dollar that the anti-2A's have consequences and the will to try to use them when I don't comply.

I’m going to assume any police coming to someone’s house to take guns will be met with resistance. So cops who decide to enforce illegal whims of mayors or police chiefs will have to weigh whether or not they want to be convicted murderers or just leave the people be.

Florida Statutes prohibit local governments from enacting their own gun control measures and the Attorney General will enforce it.

It's a non issue in Florida. Some Florida Democrat politicians have attempted to introduce legislation giving city governments local control and it goes down in flames every time it comes up.

Sorry I can't link the story or even find it now. Just last week there was an article (NewsMax?) of a FLA Sheriff singing a order of no displaying or carrying of firearms and confiscation. He rescinded the order once news got out saying it was signed by mistake. I'm sure he has a bridge to sell ya also. FLA isn't immune to socialist moonbats any more than ME was 20 years ago. Look at the mess we are in now.

It was Okeechobee Police Dept and the order was released by mistake. There was no impact other than embarrassment to the police chief who had to eat a large helping of crow.

It does beg the question why does Florida have any order banning people’s free exercise of their 2A rights ? They said it was the wrong order. According to the article that order applies during riots or civil unrest. Which is still very unconstitutional.

there are plenty of these prewritten, approved but not yet authorized grabs for power all across the country, waiting on the excuse to run them up the flagpole. Ron knows there are those in Fl that would subvert things hence his pre-emption order to thwart them at the moat.
