Where I live there is really no training like this, my range is not setup for anything like yours, my indoor range also doesn’t really get into stuff like this, most of my training came from when I worked at my sheriff dept, while I wasn’t a deputy, they new I was into guns, so I went out with the deputies when they trained and qualified, wish I had more options in my area
Thanks, will look into itIf you're willing to travel a bit, the Alliance PD Training Facility is about 2 hours northwest of you (I remembered from the other thread - https://www.thearmorylife.com/forum/threads/winter-storm-landon.10568/page-2#post-141303 - that you're about 30 miles east of Cambridge). Same distance -and likely even nearer, with Zanesville playing host to a number of their classes in the previous years- off to the west, near Columbus, Buckeye Firearms Association holds frequent classes over the spring-to-fall shooting season.
Hi,^ One more to add.
Apex Shooting and Tactics ( https://alliancepolicetraining.com ), owned by Andrew Blubaugh, is a hidden gem in my area. His classes are usually run out of the Rittman Police Range, which, as the name suggests, is in Rittman, Ohio. That's also within the 2-hour radius, just like the fabulous Alliance PD Training Facility ( https://alliancepolicetraining.com )
Andrew also owns FFP, his private range. in Ashtabula, Ohio. He hosts his precision (the range goes up to 1,300 yards) and other speciality classes there. That's going to be a bit more of a stretch for you - tacking on probably another hour to your drive, one-way.
