Growing older is a complex journey filled with highs and lows.

Yea there not much rubber on the road on the skinny tires, so one has to keep an eye on what your riding conditions are.

I hate wrecking, & have done several times, so I pay attention to the conditions & the other traffic I have to deal with.

But I still like to go fast on the road bikes vs. a Mtn bike, which what my "winter" bike was until I converted it ;)

My rides.

My training bike, which is my fav. Old pics since I've upgraded the power-trains on the first two.

My "event" bike (carbon fiber &~10 lbs lighter than my trainer)

My "winter bike" for when it gets sloppy out.

All three are a good time.
My little e-bike (DYU - D3F). I plan to move on to something bigger (but not much faster) one of these days. For a 65 year old with 12 screws in my neck. This is plenty of bike for me..:)

I'm surprised I'm not banged up considering the wrecks I've had. I guess I know how to bounce off the pavement the right way even if I get chewed up.
