Just finished my first AR build. Starting with an 80% lower receiver that I had to mill and drill. Anybody else attempt this yet?

I bought the juggernaut tactical. should last forever if one is careful

I have 5 more in AR-15 to mill, 2 in AR-10, using Bosch GFK125CE router, Porter Cable drill press and JTactical ultimate jig

I am considering milling a pistol for a sig P320 clone

I find this very interesting from the I built it myself aspect. I haven't done a lot of research on them yet. A couple of friends have gone the route of buying a registered lower then building from there. I just like the build challenge, kinda like a model car when I was younger, but this I can shoot.

Scotty , Go to youtube. All the university education you will need. The juggernaut tactical video pretty much step by step the whole thing . AR-15 Owner's book Upper/Lower (Walt Kuleck & Scott Duff) will take you thru assembly. It is fun for sure!
