How My Gun is Like Your Piano

Examples such as this is why I'm not one-hundred percent behind constitutional carry. I simply find it difficult to get behind the prospect of anyone, possibly with little to zero understanding of firearm operation, or possibly having no training, can assume such a heavy responsibility.

Do folks read the article or just look at the picture?
I did and it's actually pointing out people like her. or least i think it was. I caught it as cause you own a gun doesn't make you proficient with it. Now that was a mighty long article for us cretins and big fancy words we ain't accustomed too. but yeah i got the gist of the article. the girl pic was an example of what not to do..

Yeah, guy in the article, like many here, is doing much teeth gnashing over a problem that doesn't exist. And even more than it appears with some here, seems to be "Virtue signaling'' about how well trained he is. If this guy ( or any of you) are so nervous about lawful citizens carrying guns while untrained I invite you to come with me to the neighborhoods I worked in in North St. Louis for the last decade. If these lawful citizens scare you, the people you will run across every single day in N. St. Louis will absolutely make you :poop: bricks.

I simply find it difficult to get behind the idea of everyone having the right to vote. Arguably more dangerous than a gun. People that have no skin in the game, contribute nothing yet feel that they have the right to tell the rest of us what we should do and how we should take care of them. People that have no to little conception of how Gov. works, civics, where the gov. gets it's money, what the Constitution says or means, or even why it matters.
Guess it is a good thing that neither of us has the final say.

Untrained felons are what is needed.
Who wants a felon to be an outstanding shot with a gun.

Its not a joke.
They fire at other citizens and cant hit crap. Good !!

They hit things all the time. In 2003 they hit my best friend 3 times in the back. In 2017 they hit one of my oldest friends along with my laborer. They were on my truck while I was out arranging my brother's funeral. Not to mention all the collateral damage from their misses.

I was being general.
If you look at all the shootings in the US, most are either not hit or wounded. Not killed or even hit
