HEARING PROTECTION FOR SHOOTING

An interesting note that some of the components including all of the barrels for the 16 inch guns For all the battle ships were made at the Naval Ordinance plant in Louisville Kentucky which is now known as
BAE Systems. I worked for BAE for four years as the 2nd shift Facilities manager. During that time we continued to make the Mark45 and Mark38 guns. We also built propulsion cavitation components and missile tubes for the Virginia Class submarine.
👍😎

I have a set of Walker game ears electronic muffs. I used them while teaching at the police academy and they work great. Protect your hearing but allow you to hear at the same time. We always required foam ear plugs in addition to muffs while using indoor ranges. I know over the years I have lost hearing from shooting. Never used .380 cases as plugs but have heard of using loaded .38 Spl. ;)
