Are there any decent IWB holsters for small of back carry? Asking for a friend who isn't so tech-savvy.

Small of the back is not ideal
That said, if your friend is right handed then a left handed holster is needed for the small of back and just the opposite is friend is left handed
The right holster makes a huge difference to a 3,4,5 carry
