History of Beretta: The Oldest Firearms Maker…Ever

Good post Anni. I have quite a few Beretta pistols (and also firearms from their other family companies (Benelli, Stoeger, and Uberti, etc.). I especially own several different models of their 9mm 92/M9 series.

I once attended the NRA annual convention in Houston.
The Beretta booth had a few of their double rifles on display. I had the opportunity to handle, fondle and drool over one of their more pedestrian 470 Nitros.
At that time it was a mere $12,000.

The sales folks treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy.

The poor schlub that was me was VERY impressed with both the firearm and the personnel!

I am fortunate enough to live a short drive from the Beretta Gallery in Dallas. It's amazing to see their entire production line in one store. The shotgun line is impressive. The last time I was in, they had a sample of the Manuhrin Revolver they just started distributing. The Gallery is definitely worth a visit if you ever find yourself in the area.
