Should not be a surprise at all. This should have sunk in years ago. Just like TX. The gov of TX acts 3 years too late...he should have acted 3 months into it.

only leos at our range is our police department and deputies to do monthly firearm safety and practice
they never ever ever ask people about LTC or anything like this, in fact they do their training, clean up and leave.
we dont even have any as members, not on purpose; its just the way it fell out with limits of 300 members

i would imagine the board of directors would curtail the agreement we have to ALLOW them one half day a month for practice
followed by change in gate entry code followed by directors on site when ever range is open for a few weeks

we also are private property behind a secured gate, ATF, FBI, DOJ etc would need a warrant to DROP BY and inspect..
