Not a bad review, noticed the demonstrator uses the slide release upon reloads and not pulling back on the slide technique. Also his full speed movements are the slowest I've seen yet. Competition shooters move very much faster.

my wife and i had a talk about shooting whilst in a JOG
other than a 12 g with bird shot, your going to be all over the place

we traded rounds with a squirt pistol at 20 feet, we ran out of water before we got hit.
the guy running towards a rile barrel took some commitment to the job

Training
Which most users of equipment fail to get or follow up on regulary.
Guns, equipment, cars, cooking, … holy cow dont get me started on people that cant cook

I turn 80 in a few months and am about as flexible as a 2x4. Against someone 300 meters away and me with a handgun, I’ll move as best I can. Against a handgun er in range, I think a stationary pose, steadying my aim, would work best.

love shooting on the move. In fact, I barely go to my indoor range anymore because standing still shooting has gotten boring. No excuse, I need to go more as this is the most convenient way for me to get live fire practice.
For work, we include shooting on the move in our qualifications ( I imagine most agencies/departments) do. And we do a tactical shoot each year that is pretty much all shooting on the move. Unfortunately, that's all we get to do because of time (ours and the trainers).
But I also do a practical pistol shoot once a month which is all shooting on the move. I love it and it's definitely more fu, but, more importantly, more realistic and better training
