I think I want to build one. What is a good quality 80% lower ?

I haven't personally built an 80% lower yet but I have assembled a few different brands of stripped lowers into complete guns.

Do you have a drill press or better yet a mill? You will have to have jigs also. Is this for the cause of unregistered? It would be easier to by a lower from Aero, Spikes, BCM ect. Just curious why you were wanting to build your first one on an 80% lower.

I have a drill press and a mill. Don’t they usually come with a jig?

Some “kits” do. And some are better than others, as usual.
