They've been out a while. 4 tubes with 4 shots that isn't auto rotated, but you do it manually. It could've been updated for auto rotate, but not sure?
The 4 tube job is the short lived SRM 1216. Lots of issues with that one. I don't think they make it anymore.

On the other hand, I and at least 3 other people I know have the Israeli Weapons Industries Tavor TS-12, which has 3 rotating tubes that each hold five 2 3/4" or four 3" shells. It doesn't miss a beat. None of us have been able to get one to fail. No they aren't auto rotated and I wouldn't want them to be. That's just more crap that can fail at the wrong time. Once you train with it it's ridiculously fast. 16 rounds in 8 seconds and I can fully reload it in 30 seconds.

That said I still got serious wood for the Benelli M1014.

That I didn't know existed and that I need in my life... A 16 shot 12 gauge semiautomatic with a rotary magazine capable of 2.75" or 3" buck and slug... What others do I need to know about?

Per above, forget about the SRM. The Tavor is very cool. I highly suggest you buy one today. Others you need to know about are the Benelli M4/M1014 and the Beretta 1301 tactical. Those are probably the two best tactical shotguns ever made. And I'm not joking one little bit. The Tavor is going for around $1300 right now, the Benellie is around $2200/$2500 depending on acoutrements and the Beretta is around $1400.

An 8 rd. Mossberg 500 or 590 with a few Esstac cards and a little training is a very formidable weapon as well.

41 rounds of shorties or 25 rounds of 2 3/4", ejects at your feet, no tubes to rotate, a simple switch to go back and forth between the two feed tubes, a 30" barrel with an OAL a couple inches longer than a Mossberg 500 with an 18.5" barrel.

I thought, and i could be wrong, that the AA12 was reclassified as a destructive device.
I remember the SPAS-12 from before terminator. I had a picture of it hanging in my locker back in high school. That and the SIG550 . Nowadays, probably get hauled off for violating zero tolerance.
As Bassbob said. M4, 1301 & 590 and maybe an 870 for nostalgia. The M3 Benelli can do everything that the SPAS can do, only better, quicker and while being much lighter.
"I got serious wood for the Benelli M1014" Man, i can't find wood for that baby anywhere. Where'd you find that? 😏

Oh, and the AA12 requires no orthopedist. It's gas system really mitigates the recoil. There's skinny little girls mag dumping them rascals on the utube.

The AA12 was released in a semi auto for civilian use. They sold about 10 of them before the ATF raided their files, got the names of purchasers and went around collecting them. It hasn’t been re-released since then to my knowledge.

As for recoil mitigation I can attest that even 3” magnum slugs through the TS-12 are extremely light. Less felt recoil than 2 3/4” 00B out of any pump shotgun.

Why would a semi auto shotgun be confiscated by the BAT-... Well you know what I mean! Lol what was their reasoning

If so, that just makes me lust after that thicc gal even more! 😅

:ROFLMAO: Yup, you and me both! See you at the principal's office!

^ Oh, of that I have no doubt, but that SPAS is the object of my childhood lust, which I find is very capable of overruling my rational adult brain!

Dangit! OK, so you'll have to school me on this one, bruddah - what's the difference between that and my Saiga with the MD-20 drum? Honest question.

The original AA12 was full auto and military only. At the time, the ATFs reasoning was that it was too simple to turn the civilian version back into full auto. It’s been a few years since I read the story. You can probably get more info than I can give you with a Google search
