I have always kept myself in good shape and I could always keep up with guys half my age, then in 2018 non-curable cancer kicked my butt bad.
I still exercise every other day, but boy is it tough.
I figure I have a limited amount of heartbeats and I'm going to get my money's worth tomorrow is promised to no one.

I too have had my challenges, however they pale in comparison to what you have experienced
Strong and capable of working and accomplishing just about anything I tackled

I turned 68 last November, and actually feel pretty good. What makes 68 sound bad is when it's stated as just two yrs away from 70. 😨

65? You're actually half-way to 70. 😁
