Its a great sub gun round. Pistol .. meh..
fired the FN pistol, Ruger and P90

P90 wins the day for barrel length for the 5.7. If 5.7 was the bomb, more LEO and military would be using it.

What was the barrel length of the first gun that was designed for the 5.7 round? And what's its SAAMI approved max pressure, either PSI or CUP?

P90 and little over 10"-11".
I mean heck if we could shoot the armor piercing it might be fun......

For those that think 5.7 is meh, boring and/or not worth a thought I feel the same about 9's, every 1911/2011 and he's. There's something for everyone. Kinda like Glock, I don't think they'll ever make something new I'd want to buy? Maybe Glock should produce pcc/sbr/pdw's.
