Interesting twist on nics background check.

NICS user guide shows the FBI is sharing our private Information with INTERPOL. It is unclear what INTERPOL does with the FBI-provided information. I had no idea.

Considering that Janet Reno stated at the time it was enacted that the FBI database was " Incapable" of deletion, even though by law these transactions must be destroyed after 88 days, is anyone really surprised that the federal government is not abiding by the laws set forth by the NICS ?
