ISO: Soft Loop IWB holster for XDM Elite OSP 3.8" .45?

Anyone have any suggestions on a quality soft loop holster for a XDM elite OSP .45 3.8"? I am picking my new XDM up tonight and have been online searching all day with no luck. Attached a photo in case you aren't familiar with soft loops. I am a bigger guy in frame, not fat, just find it easier to carry with soft loops over traditional belt clips.
