i am not certain i want a 44 magnum, in my collection, but ya never know when "i just go looking"......so i would imagine it also shoots 44 special..???

Honestly I haven’t tried to purchase more than 1 at a time in Kentucky so I truly don’t know.

Not sure on limit, imagine there is though, think if you get more then one at the same time, there are additional form to fill out, I know many years ago, you could only get one at a time, then you had to wait 7 days for another one
