It's National Pet Day

Louis the Goldendoodle. Turned two years old two weeks ago.

Our previous dog was a yellow lab named Abby. She made it past her 17th birthday. A holy terror for 6-7 years and finally mellowed out. They're all wonderful.

We have had Labs since our kids were babies. They are wonderful family dogs that have helped us raise 4 kids and 9 grandkids.

We lost our Lab, Sadie Marie two years ago. She was a very sweet gal we really miss her.

Sure do.. Gordons are $$$ now, and hard to find in the south, so wife and I raised some Labs, and one of my current dogs is a Flat Coated retriever mix .. close enough
