Of course KF, it’s a very legitimate question. I was just giving my view if either side was to attempt it. It has been done and tried before. But if the legislature filibuster was eliminated, to change this law, imagine what other laws (such as gun control), could be passed with just 51 votes in favor. I’m not sure if either side would really want that if they thought it through (getting any laws passed with 51+), but crazier things have happened. Good post though. Gets you thinking.Agree.
