Judge argues 2A does not apply to illegal aliens

Just to stir debate, the argument that non citizen does not get citizen rights. But what about things like right to not self incriminate, miranda warnings, civil liberties, discrimination etc
As I understand it, Fifth, Fourth, and Fourteenth Amendment protections apply to non-citizens, excluding border searches. The case cited above applies to a federal law that prohitits illegal aliens from possessing firearms. There is a distinction.

Are rights god given, or man given?

If god given, only god can restrict them, right? Does the constitution say “…shall not be infringed—unless you aren’t a citizen”?

Endowed by our creator, but constitutionally protected. Illegal immigrants have no guarantee of protection of constitutional rights. By your logic I should be able to sue Canada or Mexico for not letting me arm myself in their country.

Inalienable rights are indeed God given. However, governments don't have to recognize them. Many governments don't.
If you're a citizen of another country and here illegally, we are under no obligation to recognize for you any rights endowed to U.S. citizens.

Do the rights not apply to everyone within our borders, as our government recognizes them?

(This is also an answer to @Bassbob ‘s earlier response).
