It’s not NJ. It’s a federal judge. NJ will definitely appeal.

Not a peep on any of the local “news” pages.
I think this applies only to the named “colt ar-15”. I haven’t paid much attention because it’s jersey and don’t expect anything to change.

This. NJ will just rearrange the words and keep on keeping on, until that is challenged then rearrange the wording again....

Seems to me if we had a law that said something like "If in your elected position as a lawmaker you write or vote for a law that is later deemed unconstitutional you immediately have to resign and you are banned from politics in any form for life" that would make these folks think before they infringe. They are riding the gravy train with biscuit wheels and they know it. They will do anything to protect their positions. Including leave me alone, which is all I really want.
