Justice wins, finally

Good news, maybe.
NY "Justus" system has sunk as low as the sludge at the bottom of a septic tank (smells the same also) will they now recharge him with the 1st count? It wasn't ruled upon, not even a hung jury. It was withdrawn. They don't seem to care what's legal, right or just. Anything for the win or just make the live of good people miserable. SOBs

You get to further screw with his future. Fricking civil lawsuits anyway. If you’re innocent, you’re freaking innocent (and he should have been treated as a hero by the city in the first place). Frankly I have no use for most lawyers-they are parasites living off the misery of others. I am totally sick of the way the “justice” system caters to the thugs and persecutes the victim/good guy.
 
Florida, and some other conservative states have immunity from civil liability if the use of force is justified under the criminal statutes. Being acquitted of charges in effect makes it justified in this context. George Zimmerman could not be sued in Florida but has been involved in several other legal entanglements since shootng Trayvon. That was another criminal case that should never have been filed but the prosecutor was from a pocket of east coast liberals.

If they want to move to Florida from the communist states OK, but leave those stupid liberal ideas behind.

Zimmerman banked on his celebrity and 10 years after his trial his net worth is estimated by some accounts beteeen $2-10 million.

While no doubt the Oenny case was complete BE as he reacted and should have never been brought.
In the Zimmerman/Martin case is a perfect example that if he would have used OC spray nobody would know their name and he’d have his house and be employable because well nobody knows him!!!!!

Lots of High opinion low commitment comments by folks that in these cases “well they won” yeah Zimmerman did but at what cost? Easy to talk tough when you yourself have never been mirandized and you Live through it not knowing how the outcome will be!

While the Penny case was a little different as he was right there when it happened and you sometimes have to react.

cases like and especially with Zimmerman don’t go putting yourself out there for a property crime! Sometimes you need something between a harsh word and a gun.
 
Zimmerman was dumb for tailing Martin, but Zimmerman was attacked by Martin. He was on the ground with Martin on top of him when he fired the shot at contact range, facts that the media left out in their rush to judgment. I spoke to investigators who worked on that case. I still shake my head at the decision to prosecute
