Knowledge of the masses

You need to put the Bat Signal out for @Talyn .
He is everything guru on Girsan
Just the BHP-type models.

IMO those are the best available BHP-types right now & Girsan is addressing the market with "real" modernized models, as well as in the traditional Mk.II BHP configuration.

I would suspect their 1911-types are also solid, but that's the extent of my opinion.

IMO, the most recent 1911s I've gotten are RIA 1911s which I've been pleased with.

Gersan! Is it another Canik or better? A few of the Gersans interest me, but no idea if they're any good/reliable? I figure I'd start here and go from that instead of review searching.
i have indeed had the Girsan clone to the Beretta 92 FS, and i can assure you that Girsan is a formidable firearms company, you won't be disappointed with.

i did "have to" sell off a few of my collection, so the Girsan went.

but from my experience with mine, they can't be beat...just like a Tisas......all are made to ISO 9000 standards

I bought my Girsan after waiting over a year to see the SA-35. It has the mag safety which I don't care for, but I like the gun. It is a solid, accurate shooter. I also got a CZ75 so I have an assortment of iconic handguns which include the 1911, 629, Schofield and Ruger single actions. I'm blessed.
