So with the mbt2s trigger I was having light strikes on some Chinese brown cases ammo I had with the head stamp 71 over 82. It was firing everything else fine.
So on a hunch I ordered a red x firing pin and when it came in I compared it to the psa one. It was the same length but appeared to have a beefier tip on it.
So then I removed the psa h buffer that weighed 3.2 ounces and replaced it with a spikes tactical t2 buffer at 4.5 ounces with the 308 spring.
Im happy to report it now flawlessly ignites the brown cased Chinese as well as everything else I put through it.

Scope is prolly too big for the gun and I think eventually ill get a different gun for more long range shooting and move this scope over to it. (btw, the A2 is NOT visible thru the scope lol)
looks a little funky with the big scope looking at the A2 front sight. When I get a round tuit I'll take off the A2 and put a longer Mlok handguard on etc

My latest build...a PSA 10.5” I’ve had for a while (actually forgot I had it...); found a great deal on the Omega rail, decided to go for a Mk18Mod0 build...with a Flaming Pig, because I had one sitting around. Aimpoint PRO, Fail Zero BCG, BCM Gunfighter CH. Tried it out on my
buddy’s registered lower, ran like a top.
Gotta build a lower for it, and decide if I wanna brace it or E-File.
