Like we didn't already know?

Can we do that for every single traitor at Jan 6 as well?
Considering that the Capitol Police opened the 10-ton Columbus/Rogers Doors (which can only be opened from inside) and encouraged people to enter & roam through the Capitol Building (as per the several vids), the unanswered questions are who were/are the "real" traitors behind the scenes.

The SPLC lawyer likely the “brains” of the outfit, the rest look like gubmint entitlement collecting skateboarding graffiti artists.

Noticed this case is not (or yet) being turned over to DHS/DOJ. Not quite sure if GA has any stiffer, enhanced penalties or comply with justice reform reduced bail policies.

First order of business should be disbarment for the terror suspect.
Second, suspend and then revoke any 501-c exemptions SPLC holds.
Third, designate SPLC as a domestic terror organization, (RICO applies, even in local level civil action).

Agreed.

Let’s get to the F’ing source.

Including the instigator.

Considering the Speaker of the House controls the Capitol Police, and refused the POTUS offer of additional National Guard personnel for crowd control/added security, someone told the CP to open the doors and let the folks (which included ANTIFA trouble-makers) to enter the Capitol Building.

And no I am not equating them to Viking man and the other criminal D bags who ransacked the capital. But I will equate all those Antifa thugs who shot at cops, threw crap at cops and tried to burn down federal buildings during the summer of love (2020) with the capital rioters. How many of them were prosecuted again ?

I just call it “treason” and leave it there.
What would calling for every non-US citizen to "surge" to the US borders, and let millions of unvetted illegals into the country, as well as tons of illegal drugs that are killing more US citizens each year than the troops that died in the Vietnam, Afghanistan & Iraq Wars combined? In addition are the million+ "get-away" illegals that bring drugs in and likely have nefarious other reasons for invading the US.

US Constitution Article IV, Section 4.

The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.

Plus, condoning anti-law enforcement policies, including allowing drug cartels free access to the borders.

US Constitution Article III, Section 3, Clause 1.

Article III, Section 3, Clause 1: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.

I'll leave "treason" to be applied to the what ever instigator(s) based on what's been happening to the US according to the above factors, and leave it there.

Unless I've missed something, I don't believe Hans has declared who he considers the traitors to be.

So he's either very, very right, or very, very wrong.

For the record, I think the word "Traitor" may be a little strong, but I think all the people who broke into the capital are idiots who should spend a little time in the custody of the DOC. I also think the cop who killed Ashly Bobbit should be in prison. And the people who threatened the SCOTUS and all the criminals who were rioting in 2020 should be in jail too. I can't believe one group deserves it and the other doesn't.

Accusing someone of treason is serious. Treason can carry the death penalty. I saw nothing that even closely approached that level. We should choose our words carefully.
