Try this out, all the same,

If it's not what @HansGruber has already mentioned then the only other screw I can think of would be the tension screw under the grip that is used to tighten the upper and lower receiver if there's any wobble. Aero Precision lowers use this same feature.

Is there nylon on the end of the screw?

This screw is accessible under the pistol grip and you may need to remove the grip to access. Be careful if you remove the pistol grip because the safety selector spring and detent is under pressure and its best to do this with the receiver upside down while keeping pressure on the grip. When the grip screw is removed lift very slowly or you may lose the small spring from your safety selector.

I was actually working on putting together another Aero lower today.

I got up this morning to clean my Saint Edge Pistol after putting the first 100 rounds through it yesterday. Separated the upper and lower, there is no visible Allen screw visible only the
Accu-tight screw. (Blue dot) in picture.

It looks like it’s loose but it’s not.

Looks like your hammer pin screw is completely missing. I'd call Springfield for a replacement. Maybe try putting some blue loctite on the screws when putting them back in.

Oh thats the anti walk pins. The pin is probably still holding the hammer in place, it will look hollow since the screw head is missing. Some blue locktight as stated earlier will hold it in place.
