You are spot on. Part of the problem is the lame media, they idolize these pos murders.
The message should be....
Mass shooters will be killed on sight. Their bullet riddled corpse will be shown as found, lying in their own blood and urine.
Name will not be said.

some of you might recall, that many years ago, killers names were mentioned in all medias.

someone, at one time, made mention, by doing that, gives thier crime "credit or notoriety", and that others followed so thier names can live on in infamy in history, as well as the original criminal's name was, in other words, "immortalized"

as a result, the killers became known only as "the shooter", or "the bomber", or "the killer", making that person's name invisible for all eternity.

no way should a killer (or whatever) be forever idolized by his/her name.
