Man Sprays Down Robbers

IDK if a pump would spray that far here in America. I mean judging by how long it takes to fill up, I am going to say probably not. I know of some pumps around here that are fairly fast, but I know of others that take forever.
Nothing like trying this and having it shoot 3 ft.

Spraying someone with a petroleum product would definitely take the fight out of them.
Something I never thought of but will now.
