does this mean a safety certificate for EACH and every gun, or is this a "once and done" every 5 years for ALL the guns owned.??....that Bill was too long to read.

here in my state (RI) in order to buy a gun, we too need to "read a safety booklet", then take a written test, and get issued a "Blue Card", and that for us is free, and lasts a lifetime. with out this Blue Card one cannot buy a firearm, however our ccw supersedes this card.

Just need one for all weapons. Of course, this will be in addition to the registration tax that will be applied for each weapon.
