I guess I'm a gun snobTaurus is much improved over what they were in the 90s. Now they only fall short in the eyes of the gun snobs. That's my opinion.

That's ok. I'm i glass and optic snob.I guess I'm a gun snob
I have two of their revolvers and both have been great shooters and problem free as well as very comfortable in my hand and good looking guns.I have never had any issues with any Taurus revolvers….. just sayin
It looks like it would take a week just for the round to get out of the barrelTaken many deer with this one. Now that I’m thinking about it, it was bought in the early 90s. View attachment 79620View attachment 79622
Might need an assistant gunner for this one. Really nice setup.
It's a real shooter my friend. The last deer I took with this gun was about 90 yards out. No need for a scope. And you can easily shoot it one handed all day long. Not long after I bought this gun I also bought a 10" Super Blackhawk. At some point I figured I didn't need two so I kept this one. In retrospect I should have kept them both, but this one shoots better and is much better on recoil. It looks like it would take a week just for the round to get out of the barrel
A Ranger buddy of mine got assigned to Alaska. He’s a avid hunter so he got one just like yours and carried it in a across the chest holster when he went hunting there. It's a real shooter my friend. Being barrel heavy and the ports make it a soft shooter for a .44 magnum. And you can't ask for better accuracy. The last decade I hunted deer I used this gun exclusively. At some point shooting deer with a scoped 30-06 just started seeming more like killing than hunting. I carry it in a shoulder rig.A Ranger buddy of mine got assigned to Alaska. The exact reason I started handgun hunting this year. Killed a doe with my 454 Casull and should have killed 2 bucks with it.Being barrel heavy and the ports make it a soft shooter for a .44 magnum.
