Like ive said, in HS saw one of the strongest men ever, Paul Anderson, look him upAbout the only lifting I do is getting my butt out of bed ir off the toilet. I wish I could get back to lifting. Biceps are something I always had trouble developing, but the rest of the muscle groups were easy. When I was 20, weighed around 190 and could squat 680 (starting with 430 and 7 weeks later hit 680). I did 1-legged leg press of 500# (that was max on the machine) (5 x 20 sets). My bench was horrible at 195 (couldn't break 200. Enjoy your workouts!
