My first AR lower build

I have average mechanical abilities, a handful of tools, nothing special, and was able put together a lower from a kit. You can do it.
The first time I did it I just had this link open on my phone. It was especially handy for identifying the different springs and pins. They usually come in isolated bags for each part which helped too.

Lots of us could help. Super easy.
Start with bob and go from there 👍😊
I'm not claiming to be an expert, but let's face it, it isn't difficult. And I have done about 20 of them by now.

Now when you get to building out the upper from scratch there are definitely better guys than me. @10mmLife has done about 6 thousand of them. That's who I'd be asking. I just offered to help if he needs/wants.

I read that one too. It helped.

Certain springs can be used in several places. iirc, the pivot/takedown spring is the same as the ejector. The safety spring is only used in that place. Some extractor use springs and some use o-rings (viton). The only time you might need a specialty tool is r/i handguards with weld rings (split handguards). It can be done w/o ghe tool, but it IS a PITA! I keep several extra parts on hand, so if something isn't in stock, pm me. Trigger work is easy if you have 2 punches. Having a lower that uses screws instead of split pins/roll pins, it IS way better!

I had to use an angry face because they don't have a "Bite me" face. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
Here ya go
