And yet, Hollywood and the media always gravitate towards the ETO and we get Hitler, Hitler, Hitler ad nauseam. IMO opinion, the Pacific War gets short shrift with movies and TV shows about it few and far between particularly in the modern era. It's a disservice to those who fought there.
 
12-07-1941 Attached picture is of two submarines moored at Sierra (Sub) Piers at Pearl Harbor on that fateful day that should not be forgotten. Four submarines were in port that day: USS Narwhal SS-167, USS Dolphin SS-169, USS Tautog SS-199, USS Cachalot SS-170. None were damaged in the attack. But using anti-aircraft guns Narwhal shot down two attacking planes, Dolphin downed one, and Tautog one. We lost a lot of GREAT soldiers that day, let us Never forget our great defenders past and present. I am eternally grateful for each and every life lost so that I may live FREE in these Great UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. GOD BLESS THEM ALL.
