Palmetto State Armory has a couple different M1As on sale right now. I would cancel the order with your LGS and order one from them. PSA takes about 2 weeks to ship guns typically but they have really good customer service.

Not a Springfield Armory Problem but an LGS Problem! Ah-ha, I see! I did think it was Springfield Armory fault !
