You had to have bad luck with them at some time, i never had a problem with any SA gun. My smith 10mm sucked till i put a dot on it. the sights made it hit really low. i solved it with the dot. now it has fed the ammo i have put through it fine. but i have not put any of the stuff they are supposedly having trouble with.

I recently purchased one and have zero complaints. I also have the Metal and plan on adding the 10mm
Good to hear. I’ll probably get one once they come out with a non safety model. I have both 10mm models in the 4” and 4.6”. I also just bought the 5” metal Competitor 9mm.
