You do understand that specific statistic is no longer true? Or won’t be after November 8th. Elon Musk OWNS Twitter. By definition he is the only investor.

You might want to do a little more digging. There were others that helped bankroll Musk's acquisition, including the Saudi Holding Company and Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, who rolled their shares into the new ownership. They are no longer a shareholder, but they are definitely still an investor.
