I live in Texas plus I get a Military discount at our local Mom & Pop Gun shop so I’m going to go there with a “Wish List” of various types of 9mm/45 ACP ammo and let them do the rest

i got craftsman cabinets, from Lowes....it has a lock/key.

here, if i were to have had a safe delivered, all the prying eyes would think i had gold, jewels, money, and snickers candy bars to lock up.

We actually have two. The smaller one is full of handguns and ammo, and the big one is full of long guns and ammo. I have a little one in the master bedroom that has edc guns and ammo, and my closet has ammo boxes full of ammo. I thinks we’re okay for a little while.

What began as a "guest bedroom" evolved into a guns & ammo storage closet. It is so much easier to maintain temperature and humidity in a whole room versus a safe. It does, however, double duty as a safe room. It is the safest place in the shack barring fire!
