Is it from or close to type 61 (or 63)? I thought they were Italian or Belgium copies like most American rifles of WW2 were?

It could be parts from all of them, they took recievers that had been cut in half and rewelded them and assembled from parts. it's no where near an original BM like the other one i have, but it shoots well and you can barely see where they welded it up and then you have to be looking for it.

I've shot a Chinese SKS before as a friend had 1. I didn't shoot it much. I want to say he paid less than $200 new
