The problem with the "intent" of the law is in the ambiguity. ANY time a door is cracked, the Marxist left will try to utilize the law to attack the law abiding. Does anyone on this site truly believe that the Biden regime won't use any and every loophole they find to disarm their political opposition (a.k.a. the typical American citizen)?

If they could they would. IMO people pay to much attention to Fed law and not enough to their state lawmakers. The State of Texas controls the majority of the what I can and can't do with my firearms. As a gun owner if you feel your rights are being choked elect that is being done at the state level. In Texas I don't feel my rights are being diminished and really don't let the Federal Govt impact my thoughts to often (SS changes would be an exception).
