Ya know...Fireball does suck as a cinnamon "whiskey". I don't much care for flavored whiskeys (except for their natural flavors, of course), but cinnamon is one of my favorite flavors so I tend to make an exception. Jack Fire is not too bad, but when we tasted that Ole Smokey stuff in TN, well...it blew all the other stuff out of the water. You have to drink it cold though (we keep it in the freezer), otherwise it burns the bejeezus out of your mouth.

Now that's an excellent idea, but I don't think I'll bother buying any Fireball in the near future to out for myself. Maybe when we run out of this nuclear stuff...We cut 2 oz of fireball with 1 oz of decent bourbon. Makes a nice cinnamon whiskey

I haven’t had me a good IPA in a while…seeing how it is my Friday, I may have to make a detour to the liquor storeView attachment 53161
I don’t often follow a DIPA with another DIPA/IIPA…but this one stood up.
Summit Saga Goddess Imperial IPA.
I like it better than Hopslam, so help me…
Well, Hopslam is always good…and it’s in season.I haven’t had me a good IPA in a while…seeing how it is my Friday, I may have to make a detour to the liquor store
I love when they combine citrus with the hops. I’ll definitely check that out.Well, Hopslam is always good…and it’s in season.
That Goddesss, though…tangerine, caramel, peach…with a little more malt sweetness…it’s good stuff. Add in it’s a MN brew..
If you like big citrus IPA’s—try Voodoo Ranger Juice Force & Fruit Force…maybe even Tropical Force. Very citrusy/juicy DIPAS.I love when they combine citrus with the hops. I’ll definitely check that out.
Good looking packaging
That’s the spirit!
Summit, James Page…back when they were about the only MN micros going…I wish I had a nickel for every Summit IPA I drank back in the 90's when I lived in the TC metro area. It always got me where I was intending to go.
I drank an embarrassing amount of PigsEye Pilsner as well. Not a great memory there, but it was local.Summit, James Page…back when they were about the only MN micros going…
Made at the Schmidt Brewery on W. 7th…I drank an embarrassing amount of PigsEye Pilsner as well. Not a great memory there, but it was local.
