President Joe Biden has pardoned his son, Hunter

I expected this and don't care. Like Josey Wales said, fairness has nothing to do with it.

Biden and his ilk are relegated to the dustbin of history and are no longer relevant. He will go down as one of our worst presidents and we will learn of much more of his corruption over 50 years after he has left office. He was an incompetent, corrupt idiot 50 years ago and only got worse with time. The media was complicit throughout. I think his ultimate contribution will be to provide a shining example of why we need to have term limits in the Senate and House.
 
This also shows they were never serious about “enhanced” background checks. If they were Hunter would be going to prison.

And the statement Joe made about his son being unfairly prosecuted because it wasn’t during a “crime” is laughable and shows the mindset why Trump made gains in all the states he did.

Oh they are serious about them. They just don't think it will actually reduce any crimes.

The gun charge Hunter was charged with is almost never enforced. Biden is correct when he said Hunter being charged was political. Where he was lying is when he tried to blame it on his political opponents. You would have to be fully retarded to believe Merrick Garland was bullied by republicans into charging Hunter for a crime that is almost never enforced. It was a distraction and an attempt to fool people into thinking the DOJ wasn't unfairly targeting republicans or Trump. They all knew all along that Joe would pardon Hunter. It was simply a matter of delaying his sentencing hearing until after the election when Joe could pardon him without political consequences.

My point is they say they “want” enhanced background and to stem the issue of prohibited folks trying to buy a gun through a dealer and here is a perfect example but hit a little too close to home!!!

Back to the topic though, the gun charge never should have happened. The FBI almost never prosecutes anyone for that particular crime. It is likely they charged him to save face, possibly knowing he would be pardoned, but either way he never should have been charged with it.

It doesn’t. In short, burden of proof falls on prosecution to prove it isn’t an “official act”…and that’s a tall order.

Innuendo won’t cut it.
