I don’t think the Romeo 5 has the sharpest dot. Which magnifier are you using? The HM3X? It is very clear and doesn’t add flare when I use it, but the dot has the slightest second image. This is why I moved to the SLX1 which is a better optic in every way.

I couldn't tell you which one it is. It's a PA, probably the cheapest one they make. I know I didn't pay a lot for it. And the flip mount could be better.

I have a Swampfox Blade. It's a bit of a chunky boy but the glass is clear and the reticle crisp with shake awake. It's a good all around prisim. Personally, Worth it if you're on a budget. They also have the much much smaller Raider 1x prisim for $100 more.
